Tottadi Babu Rao serves as Board Chair of Provia Global, providing strategic oversight and leadership in alignment with the organization’s Christ-centered mission. With a heart for equipping faith leaders and strengthening the local Church, he brings experience in ministry leadership, training, and cross-cultural engagement. As Board Chair, he helps guide organizational vision, steward partnerships, and ensure that Provia’s work remains biblically grounded, mission-focused, and accountable.
Steven Anderson
Board Treasurer · Financial Stewardship
Steven Anderson serves as Board Treasurer of Provia Global, providing oversight for financial stewardship and accountability. With experience in finance, business, or resource management, he supports budgeting, financial planning, and responsible use of donor funds. As Treasurer, Steven is committed to ensuring that Provia operates with integrity, transparency, and faithful stewardship of the resources entrusted to the organization for Kingdom impact.
Gary Lovelace

Gary Lovelace serves as Board Secretary for Provia Global, supporting governance integrity, organizational documentation, and compliance responsibilities. With strengths in administration, coordination, and ministry operations, he helps ensure that board processes, records, and decisions reflect transparency and good stewardship. Gary is committed to supporting Provia’s mission through disciplined governance and faithful service behind the scenes.
