Dr. T. Babu Rao (D.Min. cand., MBA) is the founder of Provia Global and Executive Director of United Gospel Mission (UGM), New Delhi — with 15+ years of ministry experience in biblical leadership training, church planting, and missional entrepreneurship across North India. He is the developer of the Church-Based Business Accelerator (CBA) and holds credentials including a Doctoral Degree in Christian Leadership, an MBA, a Master's in Christian Social Entrepreneurship, and the Grant Professional Certification (GPCI).

Steven Anderson serves as Board Treasurer of Provia Global, bringing financial expertise and a commitment to responsible stewardship. He provides oversight for budgeting, financial planning, and the responsible management of donor funds — ensuring Provia operates with transparency, integrity, and faithful accountability to its mission and the donors who make it possible.

Pastor Chris Mauger serves as Board Member and ministry advisor for Provia Global, bringing pastoral insight, cross-cultural mission experience, and a deep concern for Gospel-centered community impact. With nonprofit board experience including service with Rooted in Chittagong, he contributes wisdom in pastoral leadership, mission partnership, and spiritual accountability — supporting Provia's work through prayerful guidance and faithful counsel.
