By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Provia Global is a nonprofit organization that shares resources, publications, and updates about our mission and programs. We also offer physical and digital products (including devotional books) and accept donations to support our work.

3. Eligibility; Accounts

Use of the Site is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase or donation. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse or a violation of these Terms.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operations; (c) copy, scrape, or harvest content or data without our prior written consent; (d) upload malware or engage in spam; or (e) circumvent access restrictions or rate limits.

6. User Submissions & Testimonials

If you submit feedback, stories, or testimonials, you represent that you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of others or include confidential information. You grant Provia Global a nonexclusive, royalty‑free license to use and display such submissions in connection with our mission and the Site. We may edit or remove submissions for any reason.

7. Purchases, Donations, and Payment Processing

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. We may limit or refuse any order. Payments and donations are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Donorbox). We do not store full card or bank details. By submitting a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable processor.

8. Shipping; Title & Risk of Loss

For physical products, we typically ship within 3–10 business days domestically; international shipping times vary and may be delayed by customs. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Refunds & Returns

• Physical products: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in resalable condition; shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error.

• Digital products: Nonrefundable once download/access is delivered.

• Donations: Generally nonrefundable; we may refund duplicate charges or clear errors within 30 days at our discretion. Contact us at support@proviaglobal.org for assistance.

10. Third‑Party Links & Services

The Site may reference or link to third‑party websites and services (including social platforms and payment processors). Those services are operated by others, and their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

12. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as professional, legal, financial, medical, or counseling advice. You are responsible for how you use the information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provia Global and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchases/donations. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event or (ii) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provia Global from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to admin@proviaglobal.org with: (a) your contact details; (b) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We may remove content at our discretion.

17. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (or any part) at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the Site’s security or other users. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

19. Governing Law & Venue; Jury Trial Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, for any dispute not subject to informal resolution. To the extent permitted by law, you and Provia Global waive the right to a jury trial.

20. International Use

The Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in other locations, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
